Odd thing today. After using Conjure for a while, the desktop turns black. Doesn't change back unless I switch to CJ and then switch desktops. Weird.

Hi,

That is odd.

Any other info that might provide some clue as to what happened?

Hi,

This is fixed in the latest beta. So as soon as we're done with that, I'll post the final version for public consumption.

Thanks!

Btw, I also have experienced some unstable condition while running other apps(i.e. iState Menu) with Conjure. My right-top menu bar, somehow, totally disappears half of itself. Spotlight, Date and Time, input source… totally disappear. I found some error msgs from Console that imply it might be istate's problem. Hence, I removed it today and I will keep my eyes on my system in a couple of days to see if I can reproduce the problem again.

Chilton,

Yesterday, I removed the SIMBL 0.9.7a, then the situation was complete solved. I have tried to duplicate the problem:

1.) Booting in 64-kernel mode. Install SIMBL 0.9.7a.
2.) Open Fast account switch, then switch to another account

OS X takes a lot of time to load the upper right menubar on my Mac.

Glad to hear this about the menubar issue. I couldn't get that to happen at all here Wink
